Live broadcast from the client hall in Munich
In order to continue offering only the best service and quality, the Munich-based bank launched a new innovative event format: In the middle of the customer hall, participants discussed the private banking of the future – broadcast live on the net. The event was aimed at wealthy private clients. All viewers were sent a link to a landing page in advance. They were able to log in easily and follow the event live.
Intuitive operation of the set-up landing page
We set up the landing page in advance. In the process, we paid particular attention to low-threshold usability. This means that the viewers did not have to install any software. The viewers opened the landing page in their browser and streamed the discussion.



Current investment strategies virtually in the livestream
The three actors on stage, Mr von Khreninger, Mr Schubert and Mr Vomberg, discussed current investment strategies, dealing with Corona and sustainability. Asset management, the investment process and SSKM’s advisory services were also covered. The well-known BR moderator Roman Roell led through the event. Visually, we perfectly staged the actors through our use of PTZ cameras.
Involvement of the audience through chat tool
Viewers were also able to actively participate in the discussion from home. A chat tool was available to customers on the landing page. Viewer questions that were asked via the tool during the livestream were bundled by a chat moderator and then forwarded to the moderator, Mr. Roell.
