Livestreams for businesses
Livestreaming for company meetings
Live streaming of the works meeting: This is how it works
How can company meetings be held successfully in 2023? With a livestream!
Invite all employees to an online event or host a hybrid event with onsite and home office employees.
We regularly broadcast company meetings for companies, banks and public authorities. Our experience shows: The organization is cheaper as well as time-saving and the number of participants is higher than at a classic event on site.
In addition, the planning runs more efficiently, the number of participants as well as the attention is higher and through the supervision of our experienced team we turn everyone in front of the camera into media professionals who simply go down well with the viewers.
Advantages of a live stream
All employees can participate:
We often receive feedback that a livestream meeting can also be attended by part-time employees, for example, or – if two dates are offered – also by those who were not present at date 1.
Cost savings:
Depending on the size of the company, large halls have to be rented for on-site meetings. In addition, there is the event technology on site and, if necessary, catering.
Time saving:
This benefit applies to both employees and employers: travel to the event location is eliminated. This saves time on all sides.
No question remains unanswered:
Participants can submit questions in writing as well as be connected (scheduled) via various chat options and connections.
Environmentally friendly:
Travel is not only an argument for saving time, but also an environmental aspect. Depending on the setup, train or air travel may be required for on-site events. This is not the case with the livestream.
Higher attention:
We could not have wished for better feedback: We are getting more and more feedback that the topics really do reach more employees and are also discussed more intensively than at on-site events.
More possibilities for design:
Some of our customers use the opportunity in the livestream to present topics in a comprehensible way via additional film clips that were produced in advance. Of course, we are also the contact for production in advance here.
Here’s how your meeting might go:
They invite to a works meeting as usual. Only this time, in addition to the classic invitation, you also send an online link for the livestream.
We set up a small studio at your place with professional light, sound and camera technology. On site, a moderator welcomes the works council members or board members present. Subsequently, the individual lectures with presentations are transmitted in “split screen” to the viewers at home. From various camera images, our director mixes the final image for the live stream in TV quality.
We integrate the stream directly into your intranet or into a landing page that we have designed individually beforehand, password-protected of course. There, employees can easily submit questions during the meeting, which the Executive Board or Staff Council can answer directly live in the stream.
Depending on the infrastructure on site and the expected home office quota, we have technical options to work with proxy servers so that your networks do not have to handle too high a load for live broadcasting in one or more main buildings (with many viewers on site).
