The energy transition towards renewable energies is one of the great political challenges of our time and a task for society as a whole. Therefore, the constructive and regular exchange between associations, scientists, company representatives and ministries is of great importance. This is why the Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, Hubert Aiwanger, invited to the 2nd meeting of the Bavarian Energy Advisory Council in February.
Energy Advisory Council as a digital conference via Microsoft Teams
While Hubert Aiwanger and Dr. Sabine Jarothe, head of the office and chair of the meeting, sat directly in the Ministry of Economic Affairs, about 75 participants from science, industry and associations were connected digitally via Microsoft Teams.
Following the meeting of the Energy Advisory Council, Aiwanger described the findings and results of the exchange to the media representatives in a digital press conference. A detailed report on the second meeting of the Bavarian Energy Advisory Council can be found in this press release of the Ministry.
Our technology for the livestream from the Ministry of Economic Affairs
We produced the live stream from the Ministry of Economic Affairs with three remote-controlled PTZ cameras, several table microphones and four additional light sources. In the run-up to the event, we conducted technical checks with the connected speakers to ensure that no technical problems would arise for the speakers during the session. For us, such technical training for conference topics in advance as part of a professional livestream production is of central importance for a successful end product.
